Oliver's Lodge Hotel has several rooms suitable for one day or residential meetings from 2 to 65 delegates.

All of our rooms have a blackout facility, and both our main function rooms are fully air conditioned. Our larger rooms have facilities for the lights to be dimmed, conference equipment such as Flipcharts, Overhead projectors, White and Black Boards and Carousel Projector are all available - for which no charge is made. Other equipment, including Television and Video, Video Cameras etc., may be hired by arrangement - for which there is a small charge. Please check when booking.

Our conference room caters for up to 65 delegates, with the option of a full day or half day time slot and can be arranged in several different seating configurations. We guarantee a high standard of service and quality equipment in whatever we offer, whether you need a room for training, an important event or quality hotel accommodation.We ensure that every meeting held is a success. Our dedicated and focussed conference team will assist in all aspects of your meeting, from planning to the actual event.We offer an extensive selection of menus to complement all types of event. If time is limited, we offer a hot or cold buffet as an alternative to our function menus at lunchtime. Alternatively you may wish to order from our or A La Carte restaurant menu.

Our meeting room can be set up in four different configurations: Class room, Boardroom, Theatre and U-shape.

DDR @£21.95 per delegate = Room Hire, Sandwich Buffet (various sandwiches, pizza slices, chicken tikka, sausage rolls & breaded mushrooms with a garlic dip), 3 servings of tea & coffee and basic equipment (Laptop, Projector, Screen and Flipcharts)

 

DDR @ 26.95 per delegate = Room Hire, Cold Meat Buffet (a selection of cold meats, various salads, chips & bread rolls followed by dessert), 3 servings of tea & coffee and basic equipment (Laptop, Projector, Screen and Flipcharts)

 

24 hr DDR with s/w buffet Dinner =£118.95 per delegate

 

24hr DDR with cold meat buffet Dinner = £124.95 per delegate

 

Conferences with no Lunch:

Premier:                       Full Day = £125.00
