Arrival and
Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations
- If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- The room will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival. All rates include Accommodation, Full English Breakfast and Vat at 15.00% in a room with private bath/shower, telephone, digital television, hairdryer, radio and tea and coffee making facilities
Children and Extra
Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the
availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all,
please use the bed type "no extra beds available".
- All children are welcome.
- All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
- All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
- Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
- Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy
The hotel may charge 100 percent of the
first night of booking and is refundable (subject to refund policy).
VAT and
city/tourist taxes
This policy defines VAT and additional city/tourist taxes.
- VAT is included.
- Service charge is included.
- City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet And Leisure Centre Facility
- Wireless internet is available in public areas and in room on request. Also, take advantage of the leisure facilities at St. Ives Recreation Centre. All of our guests have complimentary use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and mini gym (subject to availability).
Meal Plan
This policy defines the breakfast and meal plan. Note that the system
defines half board as shortcut for breakfast and dinner, full board as shortcut
for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking
- Free private parking is possible on site (subject to availability).
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
